I don't think they are scanning new publications. Most of the updates in E-Sylum seem to show old club publications, auction catalogs, and price lists
Probably not much difference. Pick up and read one of the earlier ones and see if he was right in his predictions. If he wasn't, why would you expect him to be any more accurate in his latest edition.
