    1963 what is that on 3

    The 1934 has a bulge in the lower leg of the 3...Spark

    The 3 on the 1934 appears to be damaged. Looks like it has talen a hit on the inside curve pushing it to the right giving the appearanch of extra thickness and the "bulge".
