Just scored this $50.00 from the bank today!!

Here is a series 1934 $50.00 bill I got from the local bank today. I was dumping some nickels from some coin roll hunting. They asked how I would like the cash. I told them anything will work. I also asked if they had any older currency. The teller said she thought she saw a 1934 $50.00 come in and asked if I wanted it. I of course said yes.

Very nice, the ones with the letter after the date seem to be much more common. Congrats, The closest I came was a 1934c 20.

Because the person did not see a star on the serial number... the OP never mentioned that it was a star note! I thought the same thing! ????????

Why is this post repeated so often? I just posted it one time. It's the first time I've gotten a series 1934 $50.00 bill. And in nowhere in my post did I say it was a star note. Had it been a star note I would have said it was one. I'm simply showing you what I got.
