Am I supposed to chose the highest Tier I feel the coin will grade or just the face value of the coin ?</p><p><br /></p><p>My example is a 1935-S Lincoln Wheat Cent that I feel very strongly will grade MS67 or higher (based on PhotoGrade , Teletrade &amp; Heritage completed auctions).</p><p>There is a HUGE leap in value between say MS65 to MS68 due in part to the population figures.</p><p><br /></p><p>Do I chose ECONOMY because face value is 1 cent or do I chose EXPRESS because I think the coin could be valued at $9,000.00 ?</p><p><br /></p><p>Thanks in Advance[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
