<p>[QUOTE=&quot;mrbrklyn, post: 1434728, member: 4381&quot;]Hello</p><p><br /></p><p>One needs to understand that I didn&#039;t post 6 messages to &quot;rip up&quot; your coin.&nbsp; What I did was respond to messages made by 6 of my close friends here on cointalk, that happen to be all in your thread.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>In any event, keep in mind a few things.&nbsp; I have had many 63 Morgans that I have loved and a few that have been PLs or DMPL.&nbsp;&nbsp; I know from my history of dealing with these coins and after looking over hundreds if not thousands of photographs, that the photography covers up some of the imperfections involved in grading&nbsp; and attenuates others.&nbsp; Light breaks in the surface, for example, looks much worse in photos then it does in the hand, especially with Proof like coins.&nbsp; Grading if a coin is proof like is almost impossible from a photograph without reflection from a newspaper or looking at it as a movie.&nbsp; However, this coin has several bag marks or scratches in the face area of the coin on the Obverse that makes fall comfortably into the MS63 grade.&nbsp; There one on the lips, on the neck, on the hair, near the nose, and a star is missing a point on the lower part of the coin (which might be a variety issue)...and in many other places.&nbsp; The reverse is much cleaner.</p><p><br /></p><p>HOWEVER, the image that you sent has been magnified and stepped on so often that it hides much of the imperfections that one would otherwise see.&nbsp; You can see the dithering from the image being manipulated or resized numerous times.&nbsp; So based on that, your not seeing with claerity the imperfections that I&#039;m identifying..</p><p><br /></p><p>Try looking at it closely and see the scratches.&nbsp; Its a nice nice 63.&nbsp; For the right price i would buy it.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Ruben[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
