    Can't you just replace the coins you took from the first 20 rolls and trade them for 20 more at the bank?

    I guess it's in the eyes of the beholder. To these eyes, this is a bust. These quarters are cartoon coins. If you see them differently--and, I'll concede, most collectors do--get you horse's ash(sp?) back in there! It's a bet you can't lose.
