There is a lot of hype in these Doubled Dies, first - because there are not supposed to be Doubled Die coins produced by the Mints and, two - because so many have been and are still being found! Although, there are several that are completely different than any of the others, there are quite a few that look similar or are almost identical to others. It will take some time to sort out but I am sure that the list of Die Numbers will be trimmed once all of the dust settles and the experts finally have time to really compare one DDR to the other DDRs. In doing so, they will more than likely find that two or more are the same Variety (Die #) but were at different Die Stages (i.e. EDS, MDS and LDS). This has happened in the past to other Doubled Die Varieties where there are subtle or significant differences in the doubling.
