They are very likely Pachinko tokens, but I haven't been able to find any direct references for them. The first picture shows coins with a semi-circle on the top and the characters "一億" on the bottom, which read "ichi oku" or "100 million." The second picture shows 2 coins with Katakana, one says "ツルミ" or "Tsurumi" and the other stylized characters look like they read "サーワル" or "Saawaru." Both of these words refer to various things in Japanese, but I haven't seen anything that looks like an obvious direct connection to these tokens. They are definitely tokens of some sort, though, if not Pachinko tokens.
A little more searching revealed a Japanese Pachinko & Slot company called "Oh Ichioku" and it uses the same characters as in the first picture. See graphic below. The tokens could come from this chain.
