Julian II----need glasses!

    I'm sorry to have to ask so much, but I am a stickler for trying my best
    to get things properly ID'ed...
    This coin making my eyes go cross eyed trying to figure out the exergue
    so that I may find a proper ID for this coin, yes I have several guesses
    however I am hoping yours will be better than mine..??
    I was also wondering what the maker was thinking with the "M" on the
    reverse, can it be more of an N..?

    Your mintmark looks like palm branch TESB palm branch. I also seem to be able to make out part a star in the lower part of the wreath (maybe) which would make it
    RIC VIII Thessalonica 228. I have attached an example from the first workshop.
