Extremely juiced photo. As was said previously, the photo is over saturated, attempting to make a nice, frosty Morgan into a DMPL coin. My guess that in real life, the coin is bright and frosty, with none of the cameo. That seller is notorious for posting altered photos, to make his coins far more glamorous than they really are.
Bumped up contrast and adjusted brightness. Giveaway is in the printing on the labels as well as the edges of the slab. Oh and that it's from an outfit notorious for altered photos of coins.
I just looked at the sellers store. Everything he shows is like that. Many even appear to have been on a buffing wheel.
They are just super saturated using a photo edit program. It is a nice, frosty MS 65, from the NGC picture. I would never purchase anything from that dealer.
