Judge my Photography, and my Canadians

I wanted to do a post for a while now about my Photography setup, but never got around to it. I'm sure it's not the greatest, but I'm pretty happy with how my photos turned out. I get in front of the storm door when the sun is shining through it, and put my coins on a sticky note pad for an even background. They got direct sunlight so that my artificial light sources wouldn't be casting shadows over the coins. Elevated my phone, used a timer, and the focus and clarity is about as could as I think I could expect from a Motorola single camera. Judge me here, and enjoy my Canadian large cents. I enjoy them, anyway lol. The limit meant I couldn't add my '44 Nickel or 1911 Cent, but I've posted those already. Shots are well centered. You still have some reflection off of the plastic window. For best results, I'd take them out of the flip.

I really like that 1913. It has really nice color to it.

@Noah Worke , Don't forget your Editing programs: PhotoGrade and LunaPic. Crop,sharpen,re-size are just a few things that you can do.;)

What's going on above the N + E reverse 1913. Coins look fine to me. Give yourself a chance. You'll fine tune it

The 1945 nickel looks cleaned or something on the obverse. Might just be glare though. Pictures would be perfectly fine if you took the coins out of the 2x2's. Not bad though.

Not too shabby.......take'em out of the 2x2's for even better photogs, but I can understand if you might not want to do that.

Your photos are quite adequate to see the coins, and judge (estimate) their condition. Nice set of Canadian coins.
You can always add more photos, just make another post inside your thread.

To be honest Noah, I would have to see photos of them out of the 2x2s before I made a judgement. 2x2s are cheap, so take them out to photograph them and if the holder is no longer usable, put it in a new one. That's just what I'd do.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I would prefer not to take them out of the 2x2s, but I guess if I get a good picture I only need to do it once. I'm happy to have finally gotten the lighting right. I think I'll buy more Canadian large cents from the seller, I enjoy these. Someday maybe I'll buy an album specifically for these coins and release them from their 2x2s once and for all.
