On July 1st of 2008, PCGS restricted that program to PCGS Authorized Dealers ONLY and to this day, <b><span style="color: red"><u>ONLY</u></span></b> PCGS Authorized Dealers can submit Presidential Dollars via the Bulk Submission Program.
