I agree, it looks like a jeton, whether or not of the Nuremberg series, but I'm no expert. It doesn't look like a coin to me. This is my only Nuremberg jeton.
I think I have found what you are looking for here: https://www.ebay.fr/sch/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ssn=ausouvaillant34&_pgn=6&_skc=250&rt=nc about half way down the page. It's said to be a counting token from the middle ages. The lady on the reverse is claimed to be Venus.
You may be right - but the link didn't work and by the time I had sorted that out the page had moved on. I could not see which one you were looking at - have you a link to the exact coin?
Here is one on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/SPANISH-NE...312168?hash=item21492881a8:g:NvMAAMXQ9cpRGExi
Can anyone explain to me why nuremberg Jetons are attributed to individual French Rulers? I have one made by Hans Krauwinckles but attributed to Charles IX. Charles IX, 1570. Jeton. 27mm, 4.10 gr. Obv : JUPITER ET GANYMEDES. Ganymede and the Eagle. Rev: VENERANDA MINERVA. Minerva seated left. By Hans Krauwinckles (1562-1586).
