    Can someone tell me how you can tell full step nickels thank you

    You can tell if a Jeff nickel has full steps by viewing if the Monticello steps are visible.

    Each TPG has a slightly different standard, NGC calls them 5FS and 6FS, just to give an example. 5FS means only the first 5 steps (top - down) are clearly separated from each other.
