Jefferson Nickel: Full Steps? Yes or NO?

Does this Jefferson Nickel have 5 Full Steps? Please vote either yes or no in the attached poll.

I voted no but it is very close to 5 full steps. The 5th step has too much of a break in the right half in my opinion.

 

I voted no on FS (weak on pillar #3) but I have seen PCGS FS slabs with a worse looking set, so anything is possible.

 

I think this one could go either way.

The steps seem well struck and with the coin in hand for a mere few seconds. I think this one gets a pass.

 

By who’s standards? NGC or PCGS. If I remember correctly, they have different views on FS.

 

I’ll say yes. I have seen much worse that get it.

I'll call it a 1996.

 

1964 or prior excluding the war nickels. The mint mark is on the reverse.

Been wrong before (many times), but I don't think it would qualify. Now prove me wrong . . . again.

 

I was on the fence whether I should submit it or not, but now I think I will give this coin it's shot. If it comes back straight MS65 or lower, I am going to lose a little, but if it gets premium gem or full steps I make a good profit.
