    Some peripheral rainbow toning and a carbon spot in the left obverse field. What year is it?

    The mintage in 1964 was over a billion so unless you have a premium gem, it isn't ever going to be worth much. Whether you keep it or not should really be based on whether you like the coin, not on value.

    The second one looks better to me. I'm surprised that NGC considered them as MS67 but I am not knocking them.
    What surprises me more is why you don't already have a better one than either of these.

    The coin is super clean. IMO, only the black on the peripheries hold the coin back.
