Jeff Nickel 2005-D DDO

Going thru weeding out coins saved since 2011...found two of these, posting only one.

It's a 2005-D OIV doubled eyelid, WDDO-001 (business strike). Follows are the obligatory full shots then the close-ups:





It matches Wexler but the die marker is absent:

So I illuminated a Non-doubled coin, same date and mm...the first is ultra-violet light, the second is normal illumination, to offer a comparison:


Finally, a shot of undoubled, unilluminated:

I agree that it appears quite similar to the WDDO-001. It might be an earlier die state, before the crack appeared.

It also appears unlisted at CONECA. You should send it to James Wiles and have him list it in the Coneca files.
