I'm trying to help someone with the 3 coins on the top right. I didn't want to remove them from the frame. Just took a quick scan. Anything special?
Most of the banknotes are actually from Korea, not Japan. Don't think I can see anything that has potential of high value.
You really didn't need to post the same thing twice. Anyway, the notes, as gx said, are mostly Korean. The way to tell is the lack of "Nippon" (日本) on the notes. The bottom two have a different version of the script for the same word, so those are Japanese. The coins that aren't Filipino, who knows. The coins from the PI (bottom three) depend on the dates. I'm assuming they're all 1940s, which would really limit the value.
Guess it makes sense to discuss the coins here, and focus on the banknotes in the "paper" topic: http://www.cointalk.com/threads/japan-notes-could-use-some-help.237624/ (Thanks, NK.) Christian
