Looks like a "lucky" coin for someone who rubbed it wayyyyy too much. As I said, this guy only really handles PCGS/NGC slabbed coins and he is a nut about toned morgans. I have witnessed him buy a few rolls of wheaties when I was in there and he opens them and does the quick scan and dumps them in his box. I have also received probably 40 memorial cents and a couple of canadian from my purchases. I honestly just don't think he cares at all about the lincolns as he has 0 slabbed lincolns in his shop.
