    On this 1977s proof cent there are three holes. Left above GOD, right above the 7's and one in the middle of the neck. One of these missing pieces has landed and stuck right in his eye, lol

    I doubt that it is a lamination. Seems like it could be a die chip though. These photos really don't help.
