That&#039;s 500 million-1. I think the lottery was around 292 million-1 last time I looked. So it&#039;s twice as easy to win the lottery.</p><p>They don&#039;t have mintages for the small date 1982, but they went to the small date and the zinc towards the end of the year. 1 billion out of almost 7 billion and 2 billion out of 10 billion Phillies are probably pretty close.</p><p>If people could understand the MASSIVE enormity of what these numbers mean, they wouldn&#039;t be in here every single day claiming to have a 1982-D small date.
