I've found a pattern that applies to Multiple Franklin Halfs. Is it a DISCOVERY? How to protect it?

Yes, hence my post earlier asking if it was ANACS since they attribute errors other TPG's don't.

It may then be present in a coin in another TPG slab but not noted.

Hi new to the coin game too. I have found this too in several varieties over several years. Sounds like qhloes has the answer. I was so excited about some 1989 Lincoln cents to be shot down. Good luck

 

Write an article and submit it to Coin World and Numismatic News. If there are any Professional Numismatists that agree with your "theory" then you're in like Flynn!

My guess based on what I have read here is the 3-4 little dashes seen on many coins from the reeding of other coins. But its simply a guess since I haven't a clue what any of us are looking at.

37 posts later... Still waiting for pictures. We had 1 picture from a mystery poster which just happens to be the most blurry picture ever seen on Cointalk!

 

Thankyou for confirming the picture was blurry,thought it was me.I really hope this coin does not contain chocolate and it is a genuine find.
