Now I know that e-bay is a corporate entity but if, and without knowing I state if, individual department heads receive bonus based upon sales and if these individual department heads gave directions that protect actual frauds then a case for investigation may exisit.</p><p>A general definition of aiding and abetting is provided below:</p><p>"Aiding and abetting is a theory of criminal liability.
