This coin you have here was minted in Genoa (Genova). The anchor on the reverse of the coin, to the right of the number 5 tells us that. If that anchor had been an eagle head it will tell us that it was minted in Turin (Torino). By 1830 there were no silver coins minted on the island of Sardinia
