I can perhaps see the splits on the "E" and "T" of LIBERTY. Better/clearer picture would help though.
Sorry , but I am with insider and clawcoins. The date has a lighter area around both sides of the number, that happens with plating problems, not doubling and although the numbers do look like they are split, they are normal size to me, so just the die effects. But it is single squeeze on zincolns so its not impossible someone has it listed as a DD, I do not think it is, Jim
