It says MS67 but it looks more like 63? It's also got a green star and CAC!

Im guessing that the lighting is making this coin look way worse than what it is(in-hand)
I would wager the only distracting hit would be the one under the eye and even that is probably less noticeable than in the photo.I mean, NGC is normally conservative ,but when it comes to Morgan $ i prefer Anacs. Ill take an Anacs gem Morgan over ngc/pcgs any day of the week!!! Let the argument begin !!!!!!!
