It was just an assumption on my part because of the circular scratch type marks between the text and the heads
I just realized how many of these I have found in my pockets while folding laundry... the worst part is that I didn't know that was from my dryer. I am so ashamed.
You should be! At least you learned something tonight. Most dryer coin get stuck in the revolving part of the drum against the non moving part. Sooner or later they break free.
The dime (last photo) looks like damage from a disk sander rather than a dryer coin. The Zincolns don't look like dryer coins either. If they were, I would expect to see thickening of the rim rather than it being worn away. ~ Chris
@cpm9ball I’ll dig them out for some more photos so you can authenticate for me... When I find one I just put it aside.. it may or may not be. I have a few that I don’t think is real.. Is it considered a real “dryer coin” or abnormal pmd junk?? Lol
Mike corrupt people are allways trying to alter coins then they try to sell them as error coins for big prices. Sometimes a newbie collector get's robbed in this way. Altered coins are worthless IMO
