Hi last week I bought some silver coins at an Antique store now looking back I think I over paid but you live you learn but is this Washington Silver Quarter an error, on the lettering. Or just pre mint damage. I have been a coin collectors since I was little but I am slowly learning about coin errors. Thank you to who might know. upload_2020-10-21_22-51-21.png

Why do you think that? If you paid more than $10.00 for each quarter then yes. What did you pay?

PMD, not a mint error. I hope you paid less than melt on those coins.
