Is this real?

He offered a full refund or the twenty dollar lib. I wanted the gold. I’ve done business with him before and have gotten excellent deals from him. It seems he’s really not that knowledgeable on coins he gets. And I can tell this from numerous encounters from him. The reverse of the lib is below. I think it looks legit. I understand all of you who say not to do business with him. It makes sense. However, with what’s going on with the banks I want to convert some cash into gold and every dealer around me is dry with the exception of this Lib.
