I have 3 $1 notes all 3 are from San Francisco: The serial numbers are: L79777797D series1993 L79777797N series 2013 L79777797B series 2021 These span almost 3 decades extremely rare, unheard of.same serial number, except the last letter is different and the series is different.
Many collectors have multiple matching serial number sets. Personally, I used to collect serial #12 and I literally had dozens of them. It’s definitely cool, but far from being rare or extremely rare.
it’s better then cool, it’s amazing! How does someone find three notes with the same serial number out of the millions produced? Very cool!
Aren't these radar notes? Not sure how much extra value there is for radars or whether the letters also have to be radar.
It is actually a binary radar. Extremely cool and very rare. Here is the Ebay auction where he bought 2 of them yesterday for $488: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1265183802...YaKiiucA5E3V5I+TCKPUSVSjrx|tkp:Bk9SR-i6tOWTZA
It is the buyer's money. Bought it, then questions purchase with standard dididogudstuff, to CT (and I am sure other coin forums), for reassurance. Of course it is a Binary Radar. And? Number stuff happens all the time. Pass.
