Is this Neptune?

    I had gotten side tracked with other coins and a bunch of work in the past year I had forgotten all about this coin until it popped up in my photos. I think that I have the description right. And I took new photos, definitely better than the last ones.

    Tarentum, Calabria AR Nomos. Circa 240-228 BC.
    Warrior in full military dress on horseback right, torso facing, small Nike in outstretched right hand placing a wreath on warrior's head; monogram behind, KAΛΛIKΡA-THΣ in two lines below / TAΡAΣ, Phalanthos astride dolphin left, holding in extended right hand Nike who crowns him with wreath, and trident in left; NE monogram above dolphin's tail, [A] below nose.
    Vlasto 964 SNGFr 2059; SNG ANS 1260.
