I almost forgot to point out the doubling I noticed it at the tail feathers. Anyone else see it?

Perhaps it would help if you were a tad more specific, but with that said I'm unable to see anything noteworthy. Perhaps someone using a larger screen, and with better eyes, can be of more help.

Grade-wise this appears to fall into the generic UNC category, which is essentially low MS in coins in which one tick to the next is of minimal importance.

The main place I noticed doubling is on the top of the left wing of the eagle, but it is machine doubling and not worth much.

63 to the experts, would the dark marks be bruising or bag marks ?

For the grade, the coin has good luster, but a lot of distracting chatter. I would go MS-61

I only noticed the right wing at first with the machine doubling.
