Is this just a little of center or maybe the wrong trem hard struck?

    Wrong trem hard struck?

I would like to help but I honestly don't understand what you meant. o_O

But.. It looks like a normal (Die Deterioration) worn die strike IMHO..
No Off Center strike at all.

Ok.. Your nickel looks like circulation wear and tear. No struck through hair.. and yes that appearance can be caused by Die Deterioration.

Ok i agree with the answers given but once in a while i believe that people see so many coins that there quick to judge it maybe die Deterioration but still never see the hair on the rim. Also it is a deep ridge and it goes up it so. 20201211_085015.jpg maybe

    John Skelton Morgan man!

Can you take your picture of your coin straight from above? I think I see what you're talking about but I also wonder if what I'm seeing is just a matter of the angle making the hair look closer to the rim.

Paddyman98 gave you an expert opinion, you should be thankful. When in doubt go somewhere else... Good luck

Hi. Could you take pictures of the rim near the date and post them? It's hard to tell if it's a slightly misaligned die although it does look like a worn die as Paddy said. Enjoy coin collecting and don't be afraid to ask questions here. Lots of knowledgeable collectors and dealers on here.

The ridge is from a worn die. The hair on the rim is from circulation.
