Is this Franklin FBL?

    It seems the grading companies have re-evaluated their standards once again. They do this from time to time to keep business rolling. What once would not have attained a status of FBL's seem to be today's norm. I would reject both the 1959 and the Bugs as FBL coins. Am I too critical?

    This is one of my toned Frankies that is definitely NOT FBL--it has a moderate strike, and bell lines do not meet the NGC criteria of FBL for BOTH lines to be complete and well struck.
