I wouldn't say its ALL their fault.

Some of the fault does lie with the seller too.

They are intentionally giving off the impression that it's the V75 Privy.

The coin they're selling isn't worth nearly $150 but they are preying on people who dont notice and think they're getting a good deal.

Well I know some people bought them thinking it was the V75 privy.

That coin isn't worth nearly $175.

    It's just a normal bullion MS69 ASE.

I'm pretty sure if someone bought a tube of ASEs they'd all come back 69 or 70 so you could essentially get 20 of them for under $1000 even on a pretty expensive site like APMEX. That's about $50 each.

While the title is a grey area at best and certainly should say "V75 Label" it's still the buyers fault. That coin isn't remotely close to what the privy version is and in order to buy it they have to be online which means they also have the ability to do the smallest amount of research. I have little sympathy if someone gets caught with their pants down not paying attention because they get blinded by greed thinking they're getting something for half price

Very deceptive on the part of PCGS.

No it’s not. There’s absolutely 0 mention of a privy mark on the label, again the label was never for the privy it was for the event

They didn’t have to use the EXACT same labels.

They could’ve made two unique ones commemorating the same event.

It’s not and never was a privy label though. Again no where on it is there any mention of a privy

Do they do that for all denominations of coins?

There's a wide variety of coins of numerous denominations available for the label including some world coins.

If it was a first strike it would be slabbed by NGC or PCGS. I believe all of them were but I might be mistaken.
