Is this considered an error 1983 Lincoln cent

    I was wondering if this line on the bottom of the memorial is a genuine error or post mint damage? Thanks.

    Say that penny had no zinc showing, what would this minor error coin be worth? As it is? 5 years from now for both premises? Looking for opinions on 4 questions.
