Is this coin recognizable to anyone? Hispania maybe?

Hey guys - I'm stumped.... again. Best I can guess is Hispania. It's a pretty rough coin, but I thought maybe someone here could lead me in the right direction on what this coin is.

It's fairly large at 28mm, a little chunky too. Thanks for the help!

    Could it be Ptolemaic?

Yeah, I can sort of see why you think Spain. The portrait style in the second photo (obverse) does remind me of the style used in Celt-Iberian coins, and if you rotate the "reverse" photo about 30 degrees I can make out a rearing/leaping horse with rider (the horse's rump is an unpainted area). Similar motifs were used by a lot of cities, so I can't go further with attribution since I can't make out any trace of inscription, but I'd say your attribution to Hispania c.2nd-1st century BC seems good to me.

Thank you both! I will look up Spain and horse and go from there :)

I can't read the reverse inscription either, but I see that this is a similar coin. I can't make out the city, but that's okay. Glad I made it this far with your help:
