Is this coin considered a Defective Planchet?

    Hello everyone, found this coin and was wondering if this is considered a defective planchet. Did some research on the internet but still don't know the answer so decided to post this here and get some expert advise.

    Look like PMD - damage to me.
    But I'm not familiar with the coin itself.

    If it was a defective planchet the coin itself would not be bent, plus there is excessive uneven wear on the coin.
