Is this coin artificially toned?

Good to hear someone thinks it's NT, I've been looking into toning methods and I haven't seen any distict patterns of AT on it (example: beading, coin only toned on 1 side, etc...) I'm sure I'll be able to tell when it arrives. Either way, it is a nice coin, and I think it had like 19 bids or something like that so if needed I'm sure I wouldn't have any trouble putting it back on ebay, I could even do a buy it now for what I bought it for + auction fees, and I'd still sell it pretty quick, especially if ebay was having on of those "list it till you cancel" free specials (like they do right now).
