If you go to the url above for 516925 and click on the + in front of the #, a drop down menu will give the minor varieties of which 518362 is one with 29 ( signed). The 516925 was the original coin # you started with.</p><p><br /></p><p>I suspect the dealer (JJ) decided to send some regular 516925 for grading and then picked out the PR70 and submitted it back for signature insert only and not regrading in case they changed it, or maybe it was cheaper, so PCGS didn&#039;t put in a new insert with a different variety number, just the signature insert itself. On grading inserts that can only be submitted by authorized dealers and not collector club members, or regular non-authorized dealers, the population #s are just a selling ruse in my opinion.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
