Is this an error?

    I don't know much of anything about bills, can anyone tell me if this is an error? It kind of looks like the J of a serial number... about the right size too. o_O

    "getting" those deals is work... hunting through 100s of auctions and dealers to find what I want at the price I'm willing to pay... The deals are out there if your willing to do the legwork lol :D I lose far more auctions then i win :D

    ...yeah, but do you "bid them up" so that the seller gets a good return :)

    Uhhh... No.. I'm a cheap sob looking for a cheap price :D that's kinda the point of hunting 100s is to find the one that's underpriced... Sellers don't like me much :D

    Teller's stamp. When they band the stacks of notes at the bank, they use a rubber stamp and ink pad to stamp the band. Sometimes (most of the time) that stamp overlaps the band and ends up on the note. It is now considered a damaged note, for collectors.
