Ok so i know the picture is not that good i am working on learning how to use a scanner. But this is a 1977 Lincoln cent with the last 7 in the date kind of smeared. Is it a error?
Sorry, there is no occurrence during the minting process that could produce the appearance of the date you see. It is damaged.
