Is this an Electrum Hekte (1/6th Stater)? Hard to attribute these coins! Opinions?

Even today, it is easier to find information (online or in books) from those who think they know than it is to sort out which ones really do. Your 'Gold Standard' may be 'Fool's Gold'.
