    This has been happening for a while now. It seems like someone hijacks legitimate eBay accounts with good feedback and lists a bunch of items that can be found from other sellers on eBay. The listings always start low and the description has the same message of contacting an outside party. Whenever you see these, steer clear.

    The seller insisted that buyers "buy it now only, don't bid!" and wanted the transaction to be conducted off ebays platform which would remove any and all buyer protections.
