    is it anything special, I don't know much about small dates.

    Unfortunately they retail for 10 cents. Not particularly special, just interesting.
    The Philadelphia mint small dates are better at about $2 retail.

    Quite common actually. They were all the rage in 1960, and therefore saved in large quantities. Readily available by the roll.
