Is this a Proof-Like 1893 Columbian Half Dollar?

    I think the only TPG that will do a PL below MS is NGC. I have several that I know are AU58PL or AU55PL but PCGS stopped giving out those designations a while back. That said, reflectivity and circulation are related but separate issues in my mind.
