Is this a lamination error

    after watching some videos of coin production. I think this is a lamination error. It is raised , does not match anything I can see as a clash. So am I right?

    I had to laugh, The next roll I looked at I thought OMG! I found another one.......on closer inspection, it was a piece of tape on the coin LOL
