Is this a keeper? 1 dollar weird serial number

I can't really tell if it is fake. Is the paper bad, like copy paper?

No the edges were cut really bad. It's not straight. And the corners were cut round, also when they cut it, they left a little extra paper.

 

Let's please see a photo of the entire bill obverse and reverse,
next to a genuine bill. In order to compare color, etc.
