I apologize for photos but only had 8mp camera.
I see the orange peelish look so I'm assuming it's a DD but doesn't hurt to ask. The E in liberty looks really stacked up. Thanks in advance for any comments. 20190619_155449.jpg 20190619_155652.jpg 20190619_155452.jpg 20190619_155458.jpg 20190619_155623.jpg

Thank you kind sir. I knew it especially when I saw no ddo listed for it but I like to get a pro's stamp on it before adding to casino fund.
    Have a good day paddyman98

You'll save yourself a ton of time by learning how to detect doubling instead of looking up listings all the time. http://www.error-ref.com/doubled-dies/

Thanks. I have read a lot on different sites and all kinds of references but havent even looked at more than 5 coins in the last year probably. I'm trying to get back into it. Haven't had enough time to put into it like I should. That was a great reference. The arrows are always good so I know exactly what I'm looking at. I was really getting into the hobby for a while but got discouraged pretty quick when I was trying to learn and understand and still wrong 99% of the time. I understand the minting process and how does are made but the different errors and what I think are errors are not easy for me to identify at all. I appreciate the help. I have 1 more coin to post then I will really get deep into the link you sent. It's pretty beat up so I really hard for me to tell.
I'm just going to start new thread with it.
    Thanks again for the help

I started out the same way. If you check my earliest posts, many of them are me asking about coins that I thought were error but weren’t. I still get it wrong from time to time. Do you own a 10x loupe? If not, you’re going to have a really rough time finding errors.

Yes I have several from 4x then a few good ones. A 10x with light and a 17x jewellers. I'm sure its hard for people to make sense of this but I honestly think me being colorblind is a big factor in it. I dont see a lot of lines others may. I've been reading and trying to learn more. My phone broke though and had to grab a cheapo on the road so my pics are going to be bad but I found a couple coins that I think are worth asking about.
Problem is I only took a few photos of the one and I can't find it. They are junk with 8mp camera but im hoping you can see enough in the 10 I took to let me know if I need to go turn my room upside down to find it. I will start a new thread with it. It's a 1995 D so I know it's already a tough coin for veterans but it has some doubling for sure. I just think it may be mechanical. I will post now.
    Thanks again for the support.

8MP is plenty. Good lighting and a steady hand are all you need. Let me know if I can help you with your photo setup.
