Is this a good deal? It's Craigslist sorry. I'm intrigued..... No 1995 DDO http://york.craigslist.org/clt/3243238987.html Thanks everyone
I don't think so , it sounds like a hyped up sale to me. there is no mention of a 95 doubled die and the only coin I would want is the 1998 or 2000 wide A M coin and they can be bought on Ebay for around 8.00 each.
Not to be harsh, but if you cannot answer this on your own..... This is nothing more than a CL sucker bet at its best. I'd put money on it that this guy is a roll searcher, and has stashed his "great finds" only to learn that most are basically worthless. That is if half of his "varieties" are even real... as many here know, some people see what they want to see when variety hunting. Think of it this way... IF each coin in his (probably 9") red boxes were work $5 a pop and up, do you think he would be offering with a write-up like this on craigslist, especially if values "WILL ONLY GO UP IN PRICE AS THE YEARS GO ON"?
No problem , here's you one for less than 8.00 and there are more on ebay and can be found by going to the error section and typing in wide am in the search place. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-WAM-WIDE-AM-CENT-HIGH-GRADE-/261091719148?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item3cca4777ec another one http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-P-LINC...28?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item337b97e75c
I have one on ebay now with 8 other coins, still at $.99. http://www.ebay.com/itm/9-low-mintage-coins-6-Jeff-Nickels-1929-Low9-Can-Cent-2000WAM-1932-Wheat-/110944829774?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item19d4d3c14e
